Headings (5 points) 1.Put both all names on the lab report (your name first). 2.Include the date on your report. 3.Write the title on the top of the lab report. II. Problem (10 points) State the problem for the investigation in one or two sentences. III. Hypothesis (10 points) State your hypothesis for this investigation in one or two sentences IV. Materials (5 points) List all materials and amounts of these materials used in this investigation. V.Procedure (5 points) List all the steps taken to perform this investigation in numbered form (1. 2. 3. etc) .Write them so that someone reading your lab report could replicate the same experiment exactly as you did. VI. Data (10 points) Data should be represented in a chart or table.Make sure units are included and that rows and columns are labeled on the chart/table. VII. Conclusion (10 points) Restate the hypothesis in this section.Then describe the results of your experiment in a few sentences.State whether your hypothesis was or was not supported, and if not-pose some solutions why it wasn’t (was there experimental error?).This is the most important part of your lab report.
